Keyboard Service Program for MacBook and MacBook Pro

22nd June, 2018: Apple has determined that a small percentage of the keyboards in certain MacBook and MacBook Pro models may not function as intended. Apple has therefore authorised Amsys to service eligible MacBook and MacBook Pro keyboards free of charge.

13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar) Battery Replacement Program

20th April, 2018: Apple has determined that, in a limited number of 13-inch MacBook Pro (non Touch Bar) units, a component may fail causing the built-in battery to expand. This is not a safety issue and Apple will replace eligible batteries, free of charge.

iPhone 7 Repair Program for “No Service” Issues

2nd February, 2018: Apple has determined that a small percentage of iPhone 7 devices overseas may show “No Service” in the status bar (even if cellular coverage is available), due to a component that has failed on the main logic board.
