Refund Policy

Warranties and Refunds
Unless stated in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are non-refundable. Amsys reserves the right to change the fees and charges then in effect, or add new fees or charges, by giving Customer notice in advance.

Hardware Services
If Amsys fails to resolve your reported issue(s) or You are not satisfied with the resolution, then You can call us within five (5) working days from the day your device was returned. Amsys will use commercially reasonable efforts to try to resolve Your problem at no additional charge. If those efforts are unsuccessful, and we agree that the issue was not reasonably resolved, we will refund some or all of the fee(s) that You paid for the Service. Standard applicable warranties on parts supplied are unaffected by this policy.

Data recovery and transfer service are subject to specific terms and are provided on a best efforts basis. Amsys cannot guarantee that data is fully recoverable. If you are not satisfied, Amsys will use commercially reasonable efforts to recover or transfer your data, but this service is not eligible for refunds.

Training Courses
Amsys training courses are subject to specific payment terms and cancellations policies. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions that relate to training available here. Your normal consumer rights are unaffected by this policy.
