Warranty – Apple Authorised Service
If your Mac is in its first year warranty, we will collect free of charge within the M25. Apple’s standard warranty terms apply so all parts and labour are covered for hardware faults. Accidental damage is not covered, so please speak to us if you are unsure. If there is no hardware fault, we may have to charge a small handling fee. * Ask us about upgrading your warranty to 3 years of peace of mind with AppleCare Protection Plan, it costs less than one Out of Warranty repair!
Out of Warranty - Apple Authorised Service
If your Apple warranty or AppleCare agreement has expired, or if your Mac has suffered accidental damage, contact us to arrange an out of warranty repair. We will collect for free within the M25 and give you a free diagnosis and estimate for repair. Our priority is to get you back on your Mac as cost-effectively as possible. If you decide not to proceed with a repair we will onlycharge a small service fee.
AppleCare
We are authorised to carry out repairs to your Mac when covered by AppleCare Protection Plan. All carriage, labour and materials are covered and you are assured of a speedy turnaround. You can choose either to log your repair through Apple’s contact centre (make sure you ask for Amsys) or come to us direct and we will log the case for you. Click here to log a call.
Pre-Paid Hours
Some call these ‘vouchers’, others ‘care points’. We arrange this contract to suit you and how you need to operate. We will run an account for you and charge repairs to it as you authorise them. You will receive a regular statement and as you approach the limit, we will contact you to go again! These are extraordinarily flexible; you can put hours towards repairs, rentals, training courses , installation and consultancy services or any of our extensive range of services.
Intermediate Contract
Get all the benefits of a full service Premium Contract but at a fraction of the up front cost. Here you pay for the excellent service level and get the peace of mind that Amsys are looking after your Macs, you only get additional charges for the actual parts that you use. With each repair you will get a quote and can then decide if it is economical for you to proceed. A very transparent contract option that gives you excellent control over your total repair spend.
Premium Contract.
As you would imagine this all inclusive contract gives you total peace of mind for the support of your Macintosh estate. Designed for enterprise, you will get highest priority service and benefit from escalation support access to our technical team. Ask us about special deals on relief staff to augment your teams, or for specific projects, and our technical training packages for Premium Customers.
