Our service desk offers:
1st and 2nd Line Support
An immediate and escalated response to your technical problems. We will either coach you through a resolution or take control of your desktop by remote access or Vpn.
Technical Escalation for Technical Staff
Many of our clients have in-house technical staff with great skills and experience, but from time to time need somewhere to escalate their issues to. Our service desk with ACSA certified staff is here to help.
Technical Advice for Clients
Our clients use the service desk to seek advice on technical developments, new requirements, best practice and much more.
Delivery to Suit You
Our service desk support is tailored to suit your preferred method of working – by phone, email or remote access.
The service desk is available from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and offers 3-tier Mac Support.
