Course Overview

This one-day course is led by an Apple Certified Trainer and teaches delegates how to get the most out of the Mac OS X operating system focusing on OS X 10.11 El Capitan. This course looks at how the computer works and how you can work best with it. You’ll be introduced to the features that make the Mac operating system the most powerful and easiest to use OS and elevate your understanding from basic user to intermediate user.

This an ideal foundation course for any student wishing to progress to any other Amsys training course. Instruction can be targeted to students’ needs, addressing selected topics in depth or can present a more general overview of Mac OS X.

Prerequisites

This is an entry-level course so there are no formal prerequisites, but you should have some experience of using computers.
